Principle: No Collection of Personal Data by Us

We do not collect or process any personal data from app users. Specifically:

• no user accounts / no registration,
• no tracking, no advertising IDs, no analytics or marketing SDKs,
• no backend APIs operated by us,
• no transmission of your playlist/EPG content to us.

Local Processing on Your Device

The app allows users to load their own playlist and EPG sources (e.g., M3U, XMLTV) into the app and use them on their device. This content is processed and stored locally on the device as technically required.

Connections to Third-Party Providers / Streaming Sources

When you use a playlist you have provided in the app, the app may establish connections to the servers/providers specified in the playlist (e.g., streaming servers, EPG servers). In this case, data such as your IP address and device information will be technically transmitted to these third-party providers. These third-party providers are responsible for data protection. Please refer to their privacy information if applicable.

App Store / Apple (Subscriptions)

If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store, payment and subscription management are handled by Apple. Apple processes personal data (e.g., Apple ID, payment information, subscription status) as an independent data controller under its own terms. We only receive the status of whether a subscription is active from Apple (without access to your payment data).

Operating System / Device Functions

The operating system or your device may process technical data as part of general usage (e.g., for security, crash reports at the operating system level). This processing is beyond our direct control.

Your Rights

To the extent that personal data is affected, you have rights under the GDPR, including the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection.

Since we do not process personal data ourselves, we generally cannot identify or provide personal user data records. For data processing by third-party providers (e.g., Apple, streaming/EPG providers), please contact the respective provider.
